Shun Yi Senior Living Community

KGRW submitted the winning entry in an international competition to create a luxury senior living community in the Shun Yi District of Beijing, China. The community plan celebrates two main features of the site: A large lake to the southeast and an existing building that will be the gem at the heart of the campus. KGRW served as lead architect, working in partnership with BCT Architects and Mahan Rykiel Associates. Shun Yi includes three neighborhoods, 13 residential buildings with 958 apartment units, three community centers, a healthcare facility and bountiful gardens and amenities.
