EMA Property Condition Assessments

The KGRW team undertook a top-to-bottom assessment of four Episcopal Ministries for the Aging properties, using ASTM International standards to evaluate the properties’ code compliance, assess their short- and long-term maintenance needs and analyze furnishings and amenities for safety, practicality and aesthetics. The result was a 10-year budget and plan for maintaining the facility to a consistent standard over time. Such reports can bolster marketability, protect assets and help property managers make crucial decisions as facilities age.
