RLTV (Retirement Living Television) Building

Part of the technology park at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the RLTV building had a complex program that included corporate headquarters for the Retirement Living TV network, with live studios, extensive sound and vibration proofing, a complex data center and office space. KGRW principals were responsible for master planning, programming, design team hiring and management, and construction management.
