Riderwood Community

A KGRW trademark is an emphasis on the details of siting and landscaping to create communities that are visually appealing, provide a close connection with nature and are easily walkable indoors and outside. Riderwood’s storm water management system, for example, became a landscaped natural environment attractive to wildlife. KGRW principals were responsible for master planning, programming, design team formation, design management and construction oversight. Riderwood was recognized by the National Arbor Society for preserving and reusing mature trees throughout the site.
