Ann’s Choice

Built on the site of a former U.S. Naval Air Station, Ann’s Choice was designed to incorporate an existing stand of mature Chinese Chestnut trees as a focal point. This large-scale, campus-style retirement community consists of four neighborhoods, each with a clubhouse and dining and exercise facilities, united by such communal elements as a swimming pool, medical facilities and a theater. Principals of KGRW were responsible for master planning, programming, design team formation, design management and construction oversight.
