A founding partner of KGRW & Associates, Mr. Weaver’s responsibilities range from master and strategic planning for civic and senior living ventures to commercial and residential architecture projects. Erickson projects have won numerous design awards and inspired thousands of customers to move to beautiful environments that consistently receive high ratings for resident satisfaction and quality of life. He provided leadership for cross-functional teams responsible for adapting all elements of the product to lower cost per unit, which enabled expansion into new markets. Redesign of the apartment homes, led by Mr. Weaver, helped drive sales that consistently exceeded industry benchmarks.

Mr. Weaver is a registered architect, AIA and NCARB member, and LEED-accredited professional.
