Summit Vista Life Plan Community

Summit Vista was one of four projects nationally that was recently recognized as a design award winner for the 2022 EFA (Environments for Aging) Design Showcase.  One of the largest remaining contiguous sites in the Salt Lake Valley Basin, this 105-acre former gravel quarry was repurposed to bring a new level of retirement housing and services to Salt Lake City. The complete project will include independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation units, along with high-level services and amenities. KGRW is the architect of record, responsible for master planning, entitlement, programming, architectural and interior design, and construction administration. The first four buildings of Neighborhood 1 have been constructed and occupied (3 residential buildings of about 100 ILU’s each and 1 clubhouse with a plethora of amenity spaces), one building is under construction, and two more buildings are in design.
